If you are interested
in ordering a portrait(s) of your pet(s), you may do so by printing out and completing an order form. Then,
send the order form, photo of your pet(s), and EITHER:
1. deposit check or money order (half
the total cost) to:

2. request a PAYPAL
Invoice for the deposit - if you have, or wish to setup a PAYPAL account you may pay deposits
and balances by credit card once you are sent a PAYPAL invoice.
A confirmation
email and letter will be sent relaying completion date. Completion dates will vary, however, finished portraits will
be shipped approximately 2 weeks from receipt of photo, order form and deposit check. Final payment is due upon reciept
of finished portrait.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by
the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
